Lachlan commenced his career in insurance in 2001 and has specialised in complex placements throughout, with experience in the Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, North and South Asian markets.

Outside riveting conversations involving liabilities and complex insurance programs, Lachlan is proudly Dad to two amazing young gentlemen and their furry friend, and loves nothing more than spending time with friends and family.

He also loves seeing his mighty Rabbitohs, Gunners and Raiders achieve success in their respective sporting codes - just not as often as he would like!

Jaime’s colourful career in insurance started in 1996 back in Lloyds of London. Jaime specialises in Financial Lines products, with a particular focus on complex accounts. Her career has taken her on a trek around the globe from her home in London to working in Hong Kong, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney and even the US.

Aside from her love of the glorious insurance industry, Jaime likes to think of herself as an “urban hippie” and is happiest being outside in nature, hiking, running, yoga-ing and swimming, using up her boundless energy. Travel is one of Jaime’s biggest passions in life, having a wild and adventurous personality, she is forever exploring what treasures life holds.

Lindsay established his insurance broking career in 2003 with a focus on marine and offshore risks. Throughout those two decades, he has predominantly worked with leading international broking firms. When Lindsay isn’t crafting solutions and negotiating the best outcomes for his clients, he is a doting father of 6 kids in a blended family.

Born and raised as a wheat and sheep farmer, his holidays are spent back on the family farm where the kids are set to ‘free range’. Lindsay’s hobbies include all typical bogan activities – 4WD’ing, beach fishing, perfecting offset smoker techniques and an unhealthy obsession with online shopping for truck parts.

Maria brings a strong foundation in broking and compliance to our team. Her experience makes her a valuable asset in both underwriting and operations, particularly within a specialised team.

When she’s not diving into the details of policies, you’ll find her perfecting the art of retail therapy!

James joined the insurance industry in 2006 in Dublin as an Underwriter and moved into Casualty Insurance Perth in 2012 and has specialised in liability insurance since.

Outside of the wonderful world of insurance, James loves to spend quality time with his family and friends and is a keen follower of Football (soccer), Rugby and Gaelic Sports and very much enjoys Liverpool winning the league once every 30 years!

Tom began his insurance career in 2018 and has built extensive expertise in Accident & Health underwriting, working across a variety of client needs and market conditions. He is committed to building strong relationships and delivering solutions that provide real value to clients.

When not immersed in the world of policies and placements, Tom can be found on the golf course, playing AFL or at the beach.

Mini began her insurance career in 2010 starting with life insurance in Botswana, Africa, before moving to Perth, where she pursued her general insurance journey in 2013. Along the way, she completed her Master of Business Administration at UWA. With more than a decade of experience, Mini isn’t afraid to dive in and learn new tricks, bringing knowledge and adaptability to the Vision team.

Outside of work, she’s a dedicated “Uber driver” for her kids, loves discovering new restaurants around Perth, and when it’s time for some “me time,” you’ll likely find her relaxing at a spa (very regularly)!

Beth started her insurance career in 2005 as an underwriting officer and has since worked across sales, service, business development and operations. She now works casually with Vision bringing her experience and enthusiasm to support the team.

Outside of work, Beth is her kids’ cheerleader, support crew for her aging parents and always finds time for travel, learning, and new projects that keep her curious and creative!
